Accessible Support from Rodeheaver Enterprises

Flexible Scheduling - YOU SCHEDULE YOUR WORK!!!

Many of the other Independent Businesses that are partnered with Arise are challenged in providing prompt and timely responses when situations arise. By choosing Rodeheaver Enterprises, you can expect that your situation will be dealt with no more than 24 Hours later. A system is in place to make sure you are aware of when you will be paid.

24/7 Shift Availability (For "Some" Clients)

Many of the Clients on the Arise Platform offer intervals 24/7/365, meaning you can work as much or as little as you please, and whatever times you'd like.

Burned out by the daytime rush? Pick up some overnight shifts so that you can still generate revenue but not have as much going on!

Some of these clients may offer a Shift Differential for picking up work at certain times. See Opportunity Announcements for details once you sign up!

You did not misread that - once you are certified into a Client, you will be able to create your own schedule that fits your needs! (Note: There may be a minimum hours requirement depending on which client you choose. Once you choose a client, you'll be provided an "Opportunity Announcement" that you'll want to read closely to determine if minimum hours are required. Certification is set at certain times and is non-negotiable.)

Being a 1099 Independent Contractor

By being a 1099 Contractor, you are your own boss and have ultimate flexibility! Here is a link to the pros and cons of being a 1099 Contractor, so make sure to read super carefully before you consider joining us!

As Rodeheaver Enterprises continues to grow, we will likely offer an opportunity for non-contractor employment as an agent or some administrative positions. This would open up the option of receiving benefits such as Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k), etc. Keep your eyes peeled for more information!

Important Note: As a 1099 contractor, you are responsible for handling your own taxes, including self-employment tax, and for securing your own benefits like health insurance and retirement plans. W-2 employees, in contrast, have taxes withheld by their employer, receive benefits, and often have slightly less control over their work.

All the Tools You Need to Succeed

Rodeheaver Enterprises provides your compensation for your work performed for your Client. We will provide support for onboarding you into the Arise Platform, where most of your work will occur. Any HR-related issues will be addressed through our "ConnecTeam" platform, not with the clients or Arise.
